Workflow For New Clients
1) Finalize print quote and scheduling with your sales representative 2) Your sales representative will review the specifications of your job with our Tech Support staff. They will contact you to walk you through the file upload process and answer any questions you or your staff may have. 3) A customer service representative (CSR) will be assigned to your account and will review the specifications with the sales representative. They will contact you to go over all production related issues including printing and delivery. 4) Our team (Sales, CSR & Tech Support) will continue with your job through the entire production process to insure a smooth workflow
