Export Settings Update

We have made a rather important change to our export settings and now have version 3.1 available.

The change has to do with how RGB content is handled. Prior to this change PDF's containing RGB were uploaded to InSite and converted on the fly.  We feel the conversion is more beneficial if done at the desktop level since it would allow the end user to see the results.
