The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) promotes the "responsible use of forest resources" and Cummings Printing is proud to be awarded this certification. The FSC is an international, non-profit, membership-based organization. FSC's mission is to promote environmentally viable management of the world's forests.
Cummings Printing Company is an FSC Certified printer as a result of completion of the Chain of Custody (COC) Program. FSC's COC Certification provides documentation proving the paper origin from a well-managed forest through various production stages to being printed.
FSC's main tool for achieving its mission is a product labeling system, the check-mark and tree registered trademark. With rising environmental awareness, Cummings Printing Company wants to ensure we are doing our part by becoming good stewards to the environment and to follow the principles, criteria and standards set forth by FSC to save and preserve our forests for future generations to come.
