As stated in this web site, Cummings Printing uses ISO 9000 standard to manage production at our company. By doing so, we are required to report and analyze many forms of data that are generated by this system. One of the most important reports is the report that indicates how often publications are produced on time.
The system also requires that we identify the jobs that were not on time, analyze reasons why, and formulate procedures that will prevent future problems of those types.
